You will all know the story from the email you have received from me.

Between June 2019 and September 2020, the play specialists at St Mary's were as integral to Tansy's recovery from an eating disorder as the medicine she received.  

All funds raised will go to that play specialist team: they will use it to remind parents that their children still have the capacity to laugh and to show children that they can still immerse themselves in activities which do not revolve around their condition.

Our younger daughter spent many months in St Mary's in both 2019 and 2020.  Without the play specialists the days spent in the ward, already long and hopeless, would have been unbearable.  Her recovery would have been partial.
