Hi guys!

How's things?  Well I've decided I'm going to do the Great North Run this summer in aid of Bowel Cancer UK.

Both my Granda and my Aunty Pat have been affected by this horrible but very common disease.  Bowel cancer also "runs in the family" so it is really important to me and the rest of the Summerside's that Bowel Cancer UK get as much help as they can to fund research, pallative care and advice.

I'm deep in training at the mo which involves pumping iron every day in the gym with my little sister Paula and running with Archie the dog- it really is a family affair! 

I'm hoping to complete the gruelling run in under 2 hrs and I'm A Great North Run virgin so I've set myself quite a big target!

AND NOW I'VE EVEN MANAGED TO GET MR HALL TO RUN THE GNR FOR BOWEL CANCER UK!!!!!

 

WOOP WOOP RUN DANNY RUN!
