We; Steven and Ashleigh along with our supportive and caring friends and family have decided to challenge ourselves to the 22.7 mile Mighty Stride Kilt Walk in Glasgow on the 27th April 2025.

We will be raising funds for a Scottish Cystic Fibrosis Charity very close to our hearts - the Leanne Fund.

As many of you will know, our daughter Oakley was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at only 3 weeks old through genetic heel prick testing.

This came as a huge shock to the family and the diagnosis floored us. We were angry, scared and very confused as to how the future would look. The Leanne Fund called us immediately after hearing about Oakley and have been there every step of the way for anything we’ve needed. They have offered support in more ways than one and in ways we could never have imagined. We aren’t the first family to need them and we won’t be the last and for this we’d love to be able to give a little back.
