We bring much needed joy, light & laughter to brighten the days of very ill children.

Story

On the 5th July 2022, the two of us will be traveling to Greenland and attempting to kayak 100km across the looming icebergs of the Greenlandic fjords.

Our adventure will start in Narsarsuaq which is deep inside the Arctic Circle, we will travel by boat to the city of Narsaq. From there, our expedition will begin which will involve 7 days of wild camping, kayaking 100km across the fjords and then hiking across the craggy Qaleralig glacier.

The question you may be asking yourself is why? The answer is simple. We are raising money for a most wonderful charity called Spread a Smile.

Spread a Smile's mission is to bring joy and laughter to seriously ill children during their long hospital stays. Every year, their teams of entertainers make thousands of virtual and bedside visits.

Their renowned entertainers- from magicians to face-painters, musicians to therapy dogs - generate moments of excitement and hope to young patients and their families.

Their support includes family events and outings, Smile TV, art workshops, painting children's radiotherapy masks and family support.

We have fully funded this expedition ourselves hence every penny raised will go to help fund the amazing work of Spread a Smile.

Thank you for your support.
