About The Antonio Carluccio Foundation
Antonio established The Antonio Carluccio Foundation before he passed away in November 2017. The Foundation aims to provide the training and development needed by otherwise disadvantaged chefs entering the hospitality industry and to support charities working to alleviate hunger worldwide.
