Before retiring from marathoning.....I have decided to complete the five world marathon majors.   Having run Boston, Chicago, and New York City, it is time to add the fourth destination.  This April these running shoes are traveling across the pond to run the London Marathon.   This time around I will be running for so much more than myself.  I will be raising money for Amnesty International.

Amnesty International is a movement of ordinary people standing up  for humanity and human rights.   Their purpose is to protect individuals wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied. 

Please help to support prisoners of conscience.....people jailed simply for their ideas or idenity and those working to defend human rights in dangerous conditions.
