My lovely niece Laura (Loz) Barber has insisted on looking after her old uncle Pot Dog and is joining me for our night on the town. Good on you Loz xxx 

The charity, Sleeping with Simon, has arranged a 'base camp' at the Royal Armories for its sleepers. All you need is a cardboard box, warm water proof clothing, a sleeping bag and torch. Why not join me (minimum sponsorship £100) and the rest of the volunteers.

No one genuinely, willingly sleeps rough every night; its often cold, lonely, very dangerous and degrading. How many times do we walk past the homeless pretending that we haven't seen them. I don't care why they are there, just that they are is enough and a few quid donation will make a difference to those in real need. Please help me by supporting my night sleeping rough on the streets of Leeds. I'm doing one night and will go home to a warm bath, bed and food. The guys on the street have no such luxury. Unless they get help and support, they are there every night wind, rain or shine...365 days without hope. Does anyone deserve that? I need to raise a minimum of £1500. ...please help!     Thank You...  Andy
