Thanks for taking the time to visit the Grindrods' fundraising page for BerkoAstro.

The Grindrod family will be running in the Berkhamsted Fun Run to raise money for BerkoAstro. I am the Mini-Soccer Representative of Berkhamsted Raiders CFC, the biggest junior football club in the local area. We have over 450 playing members in 37 teams, starting with the Under 7's through to the adult team and including six girls teams.

My sons, Joseph and Alex, play in the U8 and U7 sections of the club respectively.For the 450 children at Raiders, there is one small astro surface in Berkhamsted. And that's it. So, the Club has joined forces with Ashlyns School to raise money for BerkoAstro - a community project for Berkhamsted to deliver a full-sized floodlit all-weather pitch and changing facilities.
