This will be my 3rd London Marathon - and I'm running in memory of my dad, Bill Roberts, who died 10 years ago this year.

My Dad's last year of life was pretty rough and fortunately my memories of that time have faded somewhat over the past decade.

What I will always remember, though, is the care, comfort and sheer professionalism which the Macmillan nurses brought into our house when we needed them most.

I know my father truly appreciated their help and support as did his family - and as a way of commorating his life I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan.

So please help me with my 2012 run!
