On Sunday 25th October I will be attempting to run the Great South Run (10 miles) to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.  Last year my uncle unfortuantely died of cancer and the Macmillian nurses were fantastic so I wanted to give something back.  Any donation would be greatly appreciated.  It's going to be a tough run as have only ever run 6 miles previously.
