Glasgow Kiltwalk 2025 · 26 April 2025 to 27 April 2025 ·

EmilyTest works to tackle gender based violence in education. Whilst studying at University, Emily Drouet was subjected to a relentless and intense campaign of abuse by a fellow student. Shortly after, she took her own life. We work to ensure no other girl is left to suffer in silence like Emily.

Story

This year, I'm proud to be taking part in the Kiltwalk to raise funds for EmilyTest, a charity dedicated to the prevention, intervention, and support of gender-based violence (GBV) in further and higher education.

EmilyTest was established in memory of Emily Drouet, an undergraduate law student who tragically took her own life after being subjected to a campaign of abuse by a fellow student. EmilyTest was founded by Fiona Drouet, Emily’s mother, in the hopes that no other student ends up in Emily’s shoes.

As a small charity, every single penny truly counts and directly supports EmilyTest's vital work in protecting and supporting students. Your donation - big or small - can make an incredible difference!

Thank you so much for your kindness. Together, we can help to create safer and supportive environments for students everywhere!
