My name is Amber, I'm 18 and after seeing a tweet from Coppafeel, I decided to enter the Run to the Beat 10k run to raise money for this fantastic charity!

However, I have never run any long distance in my life! well I did run the 800m race on sports day but came last.. by a long way! So, with a month to train, I am determined to complete this 10k run.

But if I'm going to train my butt off (hopefully not literally :P) I need your help! I assure you that I am going to complete this 10k run no matter how hard it is but I don't want all this effort to be a waste if no one has donated any money...

Coppafeel is a fantastic charity! Founded by Kris, who found out the devastating news that at the age of 23, she had stage 4 Breast cancer... there is no stage 5.

Instead of letting cancer defeat her, Kris has kept on fighting and she is determined to kick cancers butt! Coppafeel is on a mission to stamp out late detection of breast cancer!
