I am taking part in the 2025 Dundee Kiltwalk to raise money for Kanzen For Life.

Not only has Kanzen For Life given me the opportunity to compete all across the world doing karate, Kanzen has also given me the opportunity to make a difference and create a positive impact on people’s lives.

I have been a part of Kanzen for over 8 years and it has become a family for me. I am pushed everyday to be the best version of myself, I am held accountable and have been supported throughout my journey.

It’s my turn to give back by raising money and doing the Kiltwalk.
