Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

My son, Huey, had surgery to reconstruct his skull when he has 2yrs old and he is now 4 yrs old (in the pic) and you really would never know.I only came across this website recently and wished I had found it earlier as those first 2 years were an extremely difficult and lonely time. But I am pleased to say we are now the other side of surgery and life is fantastic...much much better than I ever expected. I am very grateful to all the surgical team that made my precious boy look so handsome but I also know how important support is to us mums and dads at such an emotional time so I have decided to get of my backside and put something back to say 'thankyou' to those who helped my family through this time and to try and help other families going through it now and it seems that 'headlines' can help with that so I will be asking for your kind donations to this charity in return for me participating in a 'fun 2 tri' triathlon on 21st sept 2008.I have never done anything like this before but i am determind to complete it. You can check out the website to see what i will be putting myself through...www.fun2tri.co.uk.  (Nantwich 21st Sept 2008)

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Craniofacial Support Group gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now and thankyou so much for helping me to help others!
