Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2017 I ran my last half marathon. I wasn't fast but I could do it with practice. Since November 2019 and hitting the menopause, I've run a total of 3km, spend a lot of the time feeling tired, having brain fog and my diet has become much less healthy.
I need to turn that round so I'm going to run 28 km between 1st and 28th February, not necessarily 1 km every day, but just in total, and cut out chocolate and cakes at the same time (and maybe even cheese). This is in addition to meditation and yoga which I have managed to keep going.
Hopefully this will increase my energy and get some better habits instilled.
