Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Pageung adults, with life-limiting conditions, and their families from 

Naomi House and jacksplace are hospices for children and young adults that provide support to children and young people with conditions that mean they are unlikely to live to become adults.

About the charity

Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices provide 24 hour care to more than 360 life limited and life threatened children and young adults from across central southern England. We offer respite, community, emergency, end of life and post bereavement care on good days, difficult days and last days.
