The Magpie Project — a local charity in Forest Gate — believes that all our children deserve to live somewhere safe, to have enough to eat, and space to play, and to be parented by connected, informed and supported parents. 

I think we'd all agree with that. 

If you feel you have anything to spare, here is an idea of where your donations might go...

£3 will pay for a mum to get to us on the bus to the Magpie Project (sometimes saving her a two-hour walk).

£7 will pay for nappies and wipes to ensure a baby is comfortable and dry.

£30 will cover a lunch for everyone that comes to the Magpie Project in one day.

Thank you to anyone who finds a little to donate. After a tough year all mamas need looking after more than ever and the Magpie Project looks after some of the most vulnerable mamas and babes in this part of London.
