Story

On Tuesday October 3rd I will start my 5 day solo run/walk from oswestry to Cardiff bay.On my arrival in Cardiff on Saturday 7th of October I will have covered 145 miles,Most of my journey will have been on the Offa's dyke path and the taff trail.I am doing this fundraiser in partnership with the Gary Speed trust fund, not only have they given me there full support they have also payed for my accommodation along the way.I must point out I will be on my own the whole journey with no support,I will have a GPS tracking device which I will upload to my Facebook and twitter pages.Alder hey hospital is a very special place, the hard work and desire to help poorly children is something we should all admire. Not only am I keeping Gary Speeds name alive I'm hopefully going to raise lots of money for this amazing hospital. Many thanks Alan Latham.
