I am taking part in the British 10k London run on Sunday 12th July to raise much needed funds for the London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy. One birth in 400 is affected by Cerebral Palsy. This is a non - progressive physical condition which results from brain damage, usually around the time of birth.
