Our vision: A world where all children from less privileged societies grow up in a loving and peaceful environment, realising their full potential, and their full dignity
Our Mission: To provide access to free education for children living in extreme poverty through spiritual teaching to build their lives, gain the skills and feel empowered to spread peace and change the world around them.
Who We Are: Al-Burhan Welfare Trust (ABWT) was founded in 2012 by Dr Tariq Mahmood and registered as a UK charity (Reg No: 1151184). Inspired by his late mother, Amma Jee (Bhaag Bhari), religious and spiritual gatherings and seminars are organised for those living in marginalised communities.
