War is horrifically awful for any person who is affected by it, but children suffer more than most. Beacause of the nature of our work here at AJE we are reminded of this fact constantly.

If we can help even a few kids in wartorn areas by wearing a tash or supporting a collegue wearing one, then we have a moral obligation to do so (particularly as we are all doing alright over here).
