Dad did not want flowers at his funeral.  Instead, he wanted to help raise much needed funds for Redwings Horse Sanctuary.

Dad absolutely loved horses!  In his teenage years, he was a groom, apprentice jockey and racehorse trainer.

I will be forever grateful to him for supporting my passion for horses too - a legacy which remains and has now been passed onto his granddaughter, Daisy.

I have no doubt that he would have been extremely grateful for any donations received :)
