Thankyou for all your support.

I am pleased to say I completed the Newbury Triathlon in 1hr:45min:11sec.  I had set a target of 2hrs so came in well under that.

300 m swim = 9.37 min 

22km cycle = 1hr 1 min 

12 km run = 31 min
