Story
It’s House Day on Friday 27th May 2022, the theme will be the Queen’s Jubilee, where the children will be completing tasks and participating in activities that not only celebrate this event but give them
the opportunity to show their Leadership skills. This House Day has been designed entirely by our Year 8s who have been challenged to show their leadership. They will also be running the activities on the day. After such a successful event last year we are all very excited to see what they have planned and look forward to enjoying a successful event.
We are asking pupils to wear red, white or blue tops to get into the spirit of the Queen's Jubilee, we ask that football shirts are not worn on this day. The white York House cricket shirt is an appropriate alternative to this if required. In recognition of this, we ask that the children bring in a minimum donation of £1 or donate on this JustGiving page - for our YHS Summer charity – The Duke of Edinburgh Award.
