Windy Wilson Type 2 Diabetic - VLM2019

Here’s my story then, and by no means was it life threatening for me, it was however life changing that's for sure, particularly with regards to my lifestyle, especially my diet and exercise, and the numerous doctors/hospital appointments, blood tests and other stuff I had to endure, after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes on Christmas Eve 2013 . . . I’ve been well looked after since, so I've decided to run the 2019 London Marathon in aid of Diabetes UK . . .
