Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have suffered from depression since the age of about 11/12 and last year I decided to stop my anti-depressants and had the worst year of my life and the closer I get to turning 30 (4th March 2016) the more I dread it, as I feel I've wasted my best years and so I have decided instead of receiving presents this year for my birthday from friends and family I would instead ask for donations to Cancer Research UK via JustGiving. I may not be looking forward to my birthday but, at least, some good may come of it. I choose CRUK as it is a worthy cause that I have been interested in for many years when I was in secondary school in Scotland I designed and sold valentine's day cards at my high school to raise money for CRUK and decided to raise money for them again.

You, of course, don't need to know me to donate and you can make your donation anonymous if you so choose.

The money goes straight to JustGiving who pass it on to CRUK, the money doesn't pass through my hands at all and I get nothing from it.

Originally the final day for donations was going to be 4 March, but some friends and family have asked me to extend the time. So, the final day will now be 10 March. However, this will not be extended again.
