The team at Whitespace are getting together, virtually of course, to walk 1000 miles by the end of February. By getting outside with our families and keeping moving, we are keeping our spirits up and getting some much needed exercise that is becoming so important for our mental health during lockdown.

My Black Dog is a small charity with a community of volunteers online who are there to listen to anyone who is struggling, completely without judgement. With everyone's resilience being tested in extreme circumstances, this is a service many of us may find ourselves needing.
