Wendy was many things to many people. A wife, mother, grandmother, friend and confidant. Our family have received so many kind words and thoughts from people all around the world who touched her life and were touched by hers, for which we are profoundly grateful. It is comforting to know so many other people saw her as we did; caring, creative, talented, and fun. 65 years just were not enough, but we are left to find our way without her and will miss her every day.

Wendy left a will several years ago requesting that rather than flowers, donations were to be taken in her memory for the local special care baby unit, which is the Gosset ward at Northampton General Hospital. We have set this page up to do that on her behalf, to make donations as easy as possible and ensure gift aid can be collected.

We have included some of our favourite photos of Wendy throughout her life for everybody who knew her to enjoy and remember her by. We will continue to add to these photos over the next couple of weeks, sharing more of our memories of Wendy Sue.
