This Wednesday, ready your squad, assign a team captain and take part in a private Call of Duty Warzone Match session playing against Leeds United players, all in aid of the Leeds United Foundation.

As team captain, all you need to do is 

• assemble your squad of four players
• donate £40 (£10 per squad member) to this page
• remember to put down your own Activision ID in either the name or message box when you are donating. You can add your three squad members to the lobby once it is active so please only put down your own Activision ID. If you do not leave your Activision ID in the name or message box we’ll be unable to add you to the lobby. 

Once you have donated, you will receive an email from Just Giving with all the information you and your squad will need for the matches. The host, Patrick Bamford (Patman) will also invite you to the lobby on Wednesday, where you can then add your squad members.

Please note that there are only 38 team spaces available, and only one donation of £40 is required per team.

Once the full fundraising goal has been achieved, no more spaces will be available, and any extra donations will be forwarded to the Leeds United Foundation.

Any donations larger or smaller than £40 will not be accepted as valid entries for the game, and the donations will be forwarded to the Leeds United Foundation.
