Story
The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 34,000. I am taking on the 34k Challenge for Suicide&Co, with a fundraising target of £1000, so that together we can raise £34,000 to help Suicide&Co to continue to achieve their mission of supporting individuals bereaved by suicide, and provide people with counselling sessions through Suicide&Co's Counselling Service.
We are also walking this challenge in memory of Ross Springall who died at the age of 38 on March18th 2021. Myself (Becky, Ross’s partner) and Ross’s Mum Mary will be walking alongside two friends who also want to help raise awareness. Nobody should have to go through this kind of grief but sadly it is all common.
We will be walking in and around Church Stretton a fund the Long Mynd (a photo of our route can be found in the gallery) so expect to have a challenging but exhilarating time! If you can help by donating any amount you can or by sharing this page we will be forever grateful. We appreciate that this may be hard for some people during this cost of living crisis so we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help/shares you can give ❤️
