In memory of Jack (Michael Mervyn) Bleakney
We provide specialist care to children with life-limiting illness

Story

James & Judith Bleakney who are coaches in WJJF Ireland, and more importantly our friends, have recently suffered the loss of their first-born son, little Jack.

Jack was diagnosed with a rare genetic, terminal disease called Menkes Disease. Please visit their page to understand more about this - 'Jack's Menkes Page'.

Little Jack has touched all our hearts & coaches within the organisation have expressed the desire to do something in Jack's memory.

As the respite care which Jack received at NI Hospice was invaluable to the whole family - we have decided to raise funds so another family like the Bleakneys can benefit from the same type of specialised care.

It costs £500 to provide a weekend of respite care and therefore if we meet our target we will be contributing to two of these. If we exceed that - all the better.

Thanks for taking the time to visit WJJF Ireland's JustGiving page in honour of wee 'storm-born' Jack..
