Story
Vets in the Community is a student-led project at the University of Nottingham, providing free veterinary care to the pets of homeless and vulnerably-housed people in Nottingham.
We are excited that Emma Drinkall is helping us to fundraise for our project! She is taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Paris in 24 hours on 2nd-3rd of May. This is a mammoth task - 320km! - so we hope you will join us in supporting her and hopefully sponsor her efforts to fundraise for us.
Make a donation and let us know a suggestion for a mascot name! (Suggested donation for a name entry: £1 in person or min. entry using Justgiving is £2)
We run clinics twice a month, in which vet students, under supervision, provide important treatments such as vaccinations, microchipping, flea/worm treatment as well as treating other ailments such as ear and eye infections. We are always grateful for any donations which help us to continue providing this valuable service - donations can help fund more vaccinations, treatments, and other items needed at the clinic to keep us going.
