Our daughter was diagnosed with a rare Kidney Cancer, she’s had her whole kidney removed due to this

We wanted to try and give something back 💚🫶🏼💚

As many will know this is the second major surgery in months for her and she has been to Theatre 3 times in months. She is still recovering from her last major surgery which was a blow when this massive blow hit us all. Let alone the endless tests (many under the two week rule) and procedures she’s had to have along the way

• We are forever grateful it was picked up and her medical Team for this, have been fantastic.
  

Physically she’s healing slowly , but mentally has a long way to go. She’s been concentrating on the tests and procedures and recovery from her last surgery  and everything went to the back of her mind and when the full title of the cancerous tumour was given from the histology I found her down a hospital corridor crying.

•  It’s been a journey for us all mentally but she’s had to endure the physical and mental side too. 💚🫶🏼
• She’s been through so much over the years it’s now our turn to let her rest and for us try to give back to those who have supported us, in this case Kidney Cancer UK 💚
