Heart n Soul is a leading creative arts charity that believes in the talents and power of people with learning disabilities. Heart n Soul supports and nurtures talent, runs taking part activities, and hosts numerous inclusive, accessible, mindblowing events.

Over the last 7 years I have volunteered, freelanced, and worked in the Heart n Soul office. I am very honoured to have been involved for such a long time and I want to express my appreciation.

That's why I am celebrating this anniversary by taking part in the Conquer Crystal Palace 5k run on 21st March!
