We are organising this "Take a Dip" campaign for JustOneOcean to help the university move towards sustainability and to grow awareness of the damage being done to the marine environment. This is especially important to Portsmouth as we live on the sea and to our generation as this pollution has such a big hand in global warming.

Not only this but our charity event will also help with student mental health as it gets people out into the fresh air and the benefits of cold water emersion are proven to release endorphins. Also our final "Big Dip" will create a great social atmosphere to raise money and awareness for the charity and these causes.
