We educate about mental fitness & stigma to prevent suicide in communities

Story

Every year 800,000 people take their own lives, which is why we've chosen our target of lifting 800,000 kgs, in order to raise awareness for this number. With gyms out of use, we'll be getting innovative with our weights and would recommend you to follow our instagram for live updates from the boys. @uearugby

State of Mind offer mental health support and education to rugby players which is why we have chosen to fundraise for them. Many rugby players suffer from mental health issues and recently we have seen more players open with their experiences of it from grassroots to professionally. Nevertheless, many still suffer in silence and State of Mind are there to help in any situation.
