Giving Tuesday is a nationwide day of giving held on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, December 1, 2020.  It is the perfect day for UC Hastings alumni leaders to participate in a community wide effort with students, faculty, and staff to deepen the culture of philanthropy at UC Hastings, in a year that needs community the most! 

As always, we could not do the work that we do without your board commitments each year and Giving Tuesday is a great time to make an additional gift to UC Hastings, and to motivate your peers to do the same. The UC Hastings total Giving Tuesday goal is $100,000 and 200 participants. We know we cannot reach that without the support from our boards and with your support on  Giving Tuesday, we could help reach the participation goal by 25%! 

Board of Governors members who have previously made a pledge are encouraged to complete your pledge payment on Giving Tuesday or go above and beyond to make an additional gift. The goal for Giving Tuesday participation this year is 80%. Your gift and participation ensures that we can continue to do the work we do for current UC Hastings students to receive a renowned legal education while navigating student life in a challenging pandemic.
