UBS Jersey is raising money for Every Child Our Future
Story
The aims of every child our future are threefold:
• To improve literacy standards for local children whereby at least 85% of children attained level 4 at key stage 2
• To improve numeracy standards for local children whereby at least 85% of children attained level 4 at key stage 2
• To actively promote a culture in which the community collectively takes responsibility for and participates in the education of its children
Normally we would send UBS voulunteers into Janvrin school to read with the children and help improve their literacy and confidence. This unfortunately not been possible this year due to the pandemic, so instead we are reaching out to staff for donations to support this worthwhile cause.
The impact of school closures mean this vital charity’s resources are now required more than ever so please dig deep.
