Once again I'm taking part in the up and down up and down hills in the lakes type 2 fun that is the 10 in 10 challenge. It's like walking up and down stairs for 10 hours*... only outdoors where your screams for mercy disappear into the wide open void. Please give a little or a lot to this worthy cause so that I can pretend my sore knees are worthwhile.
