This year we are supporting Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas. We will be hosting our annual festive raffle and Christmas quiz with all funds going directly to the charity.

About the charity

We aim to build mindful, kind, compassionate communities and support children in need through our 'Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas' campaign. We aim to enhance the mental, emotional, physical health and wholeness of young adults age 12-25 years by providing free mindfulness and wellbeing programmes.
