As you are aware Tracey passed away 5th March 2023 after a long illness at home with her loved ones beside her. Trace received fantastic care from everyone over the years. The treatment  and support was brilliant especially during the final weeks from the North Devon Hospice Team. We are eternally grateful for this and to show appreciation we would like to raise some money to help and support families in a similar position.
