Wow - What a busy few months its been and what a success!

Elise and Team Tom would like to thank everyone for coming down and taking part in Tom's Memorial Five-a-side Football Tournament and Family Funday. It was truly a day to remember - forever.

Big thanks to all the volunteers and everyone that donated their time, businesses, and hard work to make it the day it was.

Finally, huge thanks to everyone that donated their well earned cash £14,000 was our total on the day and we're still counting. Can you believe it? Amazing!

We can't thank you enough.

Thomas Stephen Fleetwood sadly passed away unexpectedly on 18th October 2011, aged 28. The Coroner can only explain his death as a result of Sudden Adult Death syndrome.

Loving and devoted Daddy, Husband, Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin, Son-in-Law, Brother-in-La...w and Friend, Thomas is sorely missed by all those who loved him & had the privilege of sharing his life with him.

Tom was an exceptional football player and played for Rayleigh Boys FC for over 8 years. His talent made him the envy of every squad he played for.

This 5-a-side football tournament in association with Rayleigh Boys FC will give his many friends & family the chance to keep Tom's memory alive and raise much needed funds for the charity; CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young), who have helped to support Tom's family through this difficult time.

CRY raises awareness of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) in local communities, provides medical information, funds research into SADS and offers bereavement support and counselling to suffering families.
