Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s (Dementia ) in 2014 . She remained upbeat and cheery over the next 7 years and sadly passed away last week. . She was helped during that intervening time by the great folks at Dementia concern who provided regular advice , help and information allowing mum to live in her own home surrounded by familiar things.
