Story

Following our recent challenge where the Titus team summited Yorkshire's highest 3 peaks in 12 hours, we're thrilled to present our next venture in support of KD-UK.

In partnership with The Lockdown Legacy, a music collective of DJ's based around the UK, Titus will be helping to host a live music event steamed around the world. The event will run for 72-hours from Friday the 5th of November through to the 7th.

If you follow the Titus socials, you may have seen some DJ preparation. That's because the first two hours of the event will be live from the Titus offices, where the Titus team will be taking it in turn to DJ and play their favourite tunes.

Make sure to tune in for a weekend of fantastic music.

What is KD-UK?

KD-UK is the only UK based charity for Kennedy's Disease (KD). It's a non-profit organisation run by volunteers. It aims to support sufferers, carers, family and friends while also funding research into treatments and cures for the Disease.

Kennedy's Disease is a rare inherited neuromuscular disorder characterised by the degeneration of lower motor neurons within the spinal cord and brainstem, causing progressive weakening and wasting of the muscles, particularly in the arms and legs.

The many symptoms of Kennedy's Disease generally first appear when between 30 and 50 years old.

The partnership between Titus and KD-UK began in November 2020 and will span a minimum of 2 years.
