Every minute, 1 Man takes his own life. That is 1 man on this earth making a decision that will affect everybody that has ever known him.

40% of men in the UK are not comfortable talking about their mental health. By not talking mental health can have devastating affects to communities.

75% of all suicides in the UK are men. Majority of these suicides are middle aged men who come from a disadvantage backgrounds.

We are a group (Ama Bali, Amit Kalia, Aunkher Sidhu, Bal Sidhu, Balwant Dhaliwal, Dippy Bali, Jas Ganger, Jeetinder Gill, Kash Mehmi, Kunal Dhingra, Onkar Deol, Ravi Kumar & Sonny Braitch) of soon to be middle aged men who were all born in Sandwell which is one of the most disadvantaged boroughs in the UK. Having lived in this area we have individually either lost a loved one, known a friend who has unfortunately committed suicide or known a friend who has suffered from Mental Health issues.

Together we have decided to partner with ManUp mental health charity to raise funds and awareness of this great charity. Your donations will help and support so many men over the coming year.

The 13 of us are attempting to climb Mt Snowdon, ~9 miles, with an elevation of 1,085 metres above sea level. Mt Snowdon is the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands. It is in Snowdonia National Park in Gwynedd.
