Hi guys,

On 10th of Dec I was the target of an homophobic attack. I'm trying to make this beyond myself and help Stonewall to fight homophobia so that no one else is targeted because of their sexual orientation or because they're agender, or wear what they like! 

There's so much you can do to help. You can donate and you can also speak out every time you hear or see someone making fun or abusing others. 

On the 15th of December, Tuesday, many friends and supporters will be wearing ties and share their photos on social media with the hashtag #tieforhelena 

Join in and help to raise awareness that homophobia is still very much alive and we can all do something about it.

For every hateful person there're are a thousand of beautiful and caring people, this, now, I know to be true! Thank you.
