Meningitis Research Foundation is a charity driven by a passionate mission to prevent the devastating impact of meningitis. Founded by individuals whose lives were profoundly affected by meningitis, we are dedicated to enabling positive change by uniting people and knowledge to save lives.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

At the end of June I will be taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge. This involves climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland (1344m), Scafell Pike in England (978m), and Snowdon in Wales (1085m) in under 24 hours, and this 24 hour period includes travelling time between each peak! The challenge will push my titanium spine to its limits: it will undoubtedly be an interesting challenge for me!

Meningitis is a devastating disease that kills one thousand people around the world each day. My aim is to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation. This organisation raises awareness and pioneers research into the disease, whilst also providing support for those affected by it. I would be grateful for any donations towards it.
