Hi my name is Ash and I run a podcast/Twitch called The Heel Hook Show which covers combat sports.

I'm doing this to help CALM, suicide is the U.K's  biggest killer of males under 45 years old. CALM gives a outlet for men to speak privately and anonymously. Their goal is to offer support as well as helping people affected by suicide along with trying to change the social perception 'keeping it to yourself'.
