Mum thought it would be a good idea to compete in this years Southend Triathlon that my Dad is organising for Bosom Pal's, which is fundraising for modern diagnostic equipment for the Southend breast unit.  Mum said I could do the running, she'll do the swimming and Lynn is going to do the cycling!! We have been training hard at East Beach every Friday morning with little Olivia in a trailer on the back of her Granny Lynn's bike!!! We certainly are "The Tri-Hards" which is our team name!
