Story

The Pink Diamond Ball Team are a group of friends who were inspired to fundraise for an amazing cause due to the passing of a dear friend and mother, Rufina Moran Walters. In September 2006, Rufina hosted ‘Pink Diamond Ball’ in aid of The New Breast Centre at The Adelaide and Meath Hospital during her battle with cancer. This event raised resounding awareness and the required funding for chemotherapy chairs. Our aim is to follow in her footsteps and raise as much awareness and proceeds for The Friends of St. Luke’s Cancer Care.
